After graduation I began a long search for the right opportunity, and I found what I was seeking at K. Hovnanian. I learned about the position through the employment office at Rutgers University and immediately began researching the company over the internet. Within a few hours I had submitted my resume on this site and was on my way to becoming an associate at K. Hovnanian. Once on board, the training program for new hires gave me a clear direction in my new career by introducing me to the people whom I collaborate with on a daily basis along with the applications I would need to get my work done. Many of those people have been excellent mentors and at the same time many have come to me seeking fresh ideas. This has created a mutual appreciation among us that creates an enjoyable workplace environment where we all have the freedom to make our contribution to the work at hand.

In addition to performing my responsibilities supporting internal customers, completing administrative tasks, and managing our website analytics, the company has encouraged me to expand into the realm of software development. Over the past year I've worked with the Software Development Team to produce this website and I look forward to working on future refinements. The company has surpassed all of my pre-hire expectations and the forecast for the future shows even more opportunities on the horizon. The leadership at K. Hovnanian has fostered an environment in which opportunity flourishes. From my experience, the beliefs and principles they have injected into the company culture have helped me to achieve my goals and objectives.
